FWD

Finally managed to pay Forward a visit, on the night of the 2nd bombing attempt in London. Wasn't sure whether it would go ahead (but it was), as the unsuccessful bus bomb was literally round the corner from Curtain Road. When I got up there, it was a mission and a half to get to the place, what with all the road blocks and closures. Definitely worth it though, as once inside the venue, the day's events did nothing to dampen the FWD vibe. Digital Mystikz were their usual bass-weight (felt like a mini-DMZ!). Roll on DMZ 4!

Rinsed Beats

I haven't been able to update my website for time, as my Dreamweaver has fallen over - then I suddenly thought 'damn, the blog!'. So updates here instead then (easier as well innit?).

Anyway, listen out for some VEXIN beats being rinsed by the likes of N-Type, DJ Chef, Distance, and Darkside over the airwaves of Rinse 100.3 and in the clubs (and streaming online through www.rinsefm.com ). Currently, 'Kubla Khan' (a halfsteppin banger) has created a bit of a buzz, with N-Type having been to Transission on one of his dubplate cutting excersises and cut the mofo.
